American Football announce 2026 Tour of US and Europe

Right on time for The Super Bowl, the fathers of Midwest-emo, American Football, have announced they will be embarking on a summer tour of the US, UK, and Europe. On tour they will be supported by Mei Semones in May, Marconi Union in June, Ian Sweet in July, and Afternoon Bike Ride in August.

The tour begins May 15 in Denver, CO, where the band will travel a month in the Western US before spending all of June in the UK and Europe. The band returns stateside July 8 with a show in Boston, MA, and will tour the Eastern US until the summer ends. Presale begins on Wednesday, February 4 at 10 a.m. local time, and general on-sale will be Friday, February 6 at 10 a.m. local time.

American Football will also be donating $1/£1/€1 from every ticket sold to Safe Passage International and The Illinois Coalition for Immigration & Refugee Rights in response to, “the deadly violence and intimidation around the country provoked by ICE.” Both charities are responsible for defending immigrant rights and supporting deportees, migrants, and refugees.
