With just a few weeks left before her new album Art of the Unseen Infinity Machine drops via Double Double Whammy, NYC-based singer/songwriter Allegra Krieger has shared a third preview track, "Came", together with a "somewhat demonic" video shot by her younger sister Kilian.
"This song is about depression and feeling stuck in destructive patterns," says Krieger in a press release. "It's about wanting to connect with something outside of yourself and giving in to that impulse."
The track follows previous singles "Never Arriving" and "Into Eternity". Watch the video below:
Krieger says that "Came" has been a feature of her live sets "for a while now." Here's a solo acoustic performance for a Paste Magazine studio session, filmed in Brooklyn late last summer.
Krieger will celebrate the 13 September release of Art of the Unseen Infinity Machine with an in-store performance at Rough Trade NYC on 17 September, before heading out on a co-headline tour with Greg Mendez.
