A$AP Relli calls out A$AP Rocky after heated argument with Rocky’s lawyer in courtroom

On day four of testimony in A$AP Rocky’s gun assault trial, the alleged shooting victim (and former friend of the rapper) A$AP Relli took the stand again; this time, to be cross-examined by Rocky’s lawyer Joe Tacopina.

During Tacopina’s cross-examination of Terell "Relli" Ephron, he inquired the A$AP Mob member a his Instagram posts, which Relli found to be ill-disposed, “why are you showing my Instagram, I’m already getting death threats, they’re threatening my daughter.” The defense attorney doubted why his questions would be the cause of that, “because you’re saying I’m an extortionist,” Relli protested. When shown another Instagram post, Relli again complained, “I don’t see how you’re basing me as a person on my Instagram.”

Judge Arnold stepped in and broke off the testimony for a brief moment to take time to explain the line of questioning. As people left the courtroom and the livestream of the trial entered an intermission, Relli appeared to have directly called out Rocky, “You did it yourself,” he muttered. The Judge ordered him to “not address anybody.” “He’s staring at me,” Relli objected. Rihanna was again present for today’s testimony.

The trial is currently ongoing. You can watch the livestream below:

A text message exchange between Rocky and Relli after the former allegedly fired two shots at the latter on November 8, 2021, was shown in court during the rapper’s trial yesterday (January 29), where Rihanna was also present.

Rocky, legal name Rakin Mayers, denied claims that he wanted to kill Terell “Relli” Ephron. who initiated the text message exchange alleging that the Harlem rapper set him up and tried to kill him when they agreed to meet in a Hollywood street, "I tried to do what?? ... Stop making shit up Rell."

Relli texted the fashion icon later, claiming that security cameras caught the altercation, which Rocky took as an extortion attempt, “Now u trynna extort n—s talkin bout i shot at u n shot u 4 times and all type of nonsense, u a phony and u dont have the best intentions, stop texting me n stop calling my manager and call police if i 'shot' @ u u weirdo."

During Relli’s testimony, Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Paul Przelomiec asked him about his career consequences after reporting the “Taylor Swif” rapper to police, “I mean, it’s been a living hell. You know I’m saying? Death threats. People labeling me a snitch for saying something that happened. My social media - everything that I’m doing far is social media - I don’t have a presence on there no more,” Relli explained.
