Yo, what's going on? It's Uncle Music over here, and it's time to talk about some new music I have been enjoying.

First off, shout out to this Swagger Boys album. Argentinian rap duo. Big, huge, bassy, blown-out production, psychedelic layers, interesting sample work, and some surprisingly catchy choruses, too, all over this thing. It's a vibe from front to back.

Also, much less a vibe, more of a punch straight to the face is this new No Cure album. It is Going to Get Dark. My younger, just very straight-edge self, and also my current vegan self, are going crazy for this album. The breakdowns are awesome. The production, the mixing is stellar. The gang vocals are awesome. The death metal elements, those kind of sinister leads, those chromatic riffs are just going in.

And then finally, one more shout out, of course, to the new Charli XCX Music, Fashion, Film. Charli and her collaborators make a very fun and also very personally raw set of tracks on this one. It's a very brief, straightforward, but emotionally impactful, to-the-point project where Charli, A.G. and company make this kind of very weird, stiff, gnarly take on rock music.
