French post-metal duo Alcest are venturing in a decidedly gentler direction than past efforts with their forthcoming LP Shelter. However, this new single “Délivrance” sees Neige and Winterhalter going as big as ever, proving that despite their dreamier side all but edging out their black metal roots on this project, they can still deliver pieces that are captivating in their gorgeousness alone.
