SBTRKT is working on a follow-up to his very good debut from 2011. No details of that have surfaced, but we do have this new track, which is dedicated to his late brother. “IMO” comes to us in “unmixed/unmastered” form, as such, this track does have room to improve on further tweaks, but it is a pretty blissful little slice of production, with a skeletal, demo-like quality to it. Feels a bit like a tease, but it keeps me curious what his next full-length will sound like.
