The Swedish post-punk outfit known as Holograms has announced a new album, and they’ve put out a new track to drum up excitement. Like many tracks on the band’s debut, “Flesh And Bone” feels dismal and emotionally defeated. However, the band seems to have gotten a better recording this time around. Not only that, but there are more melodic details to this track, and a pretty climactic ending as well. The band is really shooting for the stars on this one, and finding a niche of their own in this brave new world of downtrodden post-punk. Enjoy!

EDIT: THE TRACK POSTED ABOVE IS SOME KIND OF “NEW VERSION,” APPARENTLY. WHAT WAS POSTED YESTERDAY, THE SONG I WAS REACTING TO, HAD A DIFFERENT SOUND TO IT. STILL, A LOT OF THE SINGS I SAID STAND IN THIS DIFFERENT VERSION.
What do you think?
