Converge drops a new track and video for the album they’re about to release on October 9th, All We Love We Leave Behind.
Am I wrong in saying the band is taking a surprisingly melodic and post-hardcore-esque approach this time around? Yeah, it’s still fast and overpowering, but a bit less abrasive than what I was hearing on their last album. More alive, too. I really feel like I’m hearing the band play this thing in the raw, and I like it a lot. I hope the band continues this on this new album, for sure.
