Some emotionally and sonically crushing post-hardcore from the band Hunt / Gather. They’ve got a new LP titled False Moments, and it’s available on Bandcamp right now. Between the sharp guitar leads, abrasive distortion, and aggressive vocals, these guys have a lot going for ’em. They manage to work in some clean vocals and moody chord progressions in as well without softening the aesthetic of the band’s sound that much.
