OK, time for something old and eerie: “Voodoo.” It’s a song from one of Soundway Records‘ latest 10″ records. The release is an EP of four instrumental tracks from Cyril Diaz & His Orchestra, which were put out in the 1950s.
These tracks all have fantastic backing beats and tons of energy. They really make me wanna move; however, there’s something smokey and mysterious about them, too. Something that’s somewhat dark and difficult to explain.
