Sacramento psych outfit Ganglians have a new album out titled Still Living, which is slathered in a slightly soured Beach Boys-like sheen. To me, it’s a mutant’s take on sunshine pop from the 60s.
The band recently did an acoustic session with the people at terroreyes.tv, and caught the song “That’s What I Want” on tape. Considering how hazy this band’s recordings are, it’s pretty interesting to hear them, well, “in the nude,” I guess.
