The album drops this Friday to mark the USA's 250th Independence Day, with guest appearances by Joan Baez and Billy Swan.
Continuing their ongoing artistic partnership, the two will release 'qué les pasó a mis amigos?' on August 7 via Smugglers Way.
The pre-'Parachutes' recording was made with British producer Chris Allison.
New single "KL + SA" was partly inspired by Big Thief's "Vampire Empire."
The band are currently on tour in the UK with Alanis Morissette.
