people can be deluded into thinking they are inherently talented, when the truth is only hard work turns you into a talented, creative person. but because of social media, this delusion can be fed, and people become out of touch with reality.

Criticism is the elitist business, not art. A notion that any one human can define art for the masses is absurd. Yes, one may have a philosophy of art, a “world view” if you will. Yet that is no more than one perception, and only one. It is doubtful this is the perception of an artist. More likely the perception of a critic. The artist builds bridges, the critic may either promote the use of a bridge or destroy a bridge through their various communication mediums. The artist tells stories. The critic interprets the ideas of others. The critics in this film are great example of infant solipsism. One can definitely recognize the artists in this film versus the critics. This documentary provides more examples of why critics are mostly parasites. For the one’s searching for truth through self expression, critics are useless. Critics are only useful for those seeking to amass wealth.
