I like it man. It reminds me of Interpols bright (lights) days. Handclaps always help, too.

PS: I got into Joanna Newsoms Have One On Me, still exploring the first CD, it’s so beautiful, she is like a young Kate Bush. It’s incredible! : )

I loved it, it reminded me of an old time love song that was written to some girl in the 50s or 60s (you were so right about that 50s thing), yet the singer’s voice had kind of a New Wave sound in it, in my opinion. It was very classic sounding, no doubt about it, and I love songs that have a haze of “nostalgia” to them-Crystal Stilts has my attention, I can’t wait for you to review this album Anthony.

I’m really not liking that vocal production. I mean, the vocals themselves are good, but I really don’t like the way they were mixed. That’s really the only thing preventing me from enjoying this track more.

Sounds bloody fantastic to me. Hadn’t ever heard of the band before. Totally adore the sound. Excellent guitar tone and I love the spacey production.

I’m torn cause I really like the romp of the sound, especially the snare sound here but I feel like the vocal should be more out front. It’s got the sing songy feel to it and I think the song calls for the vocal delivery to be a little more present. I feel the vibe of the track, but maybe the production for the vocal didn’t let it shine as well as it could have. I will say it makes me want to hear more though.

I love this track! I love this band! I heard the full album already and it’s GREAT! Even better than the first one. I especially love the tracks Sycamore Tree and Invisible City. I keep hearing them on repeat all day long for several days! Good Stuff!
